Managing Director: Harj Sahota
Harj graduated from Loughborough University of Technology in 1990 with a 2.1 BTech degree in Automotive Engineering and Design.
Harj has worked as a Senior Engineer within the design and test departments of a number of large automotive companies. This includes working for 6 years as a Consultant Ride and Handling Engineer at Renault SA in France on Renault’s Kangoo, New Trafic and New Master projects. Harj has also worked in the commercial automotive sector and has extensive type approval experience whilst working at Renault UK with responsibility for all their vehicle type approval (or homologation) activities.
Recently Harj has worked with a wide range of diverse vehicle manufacturers to assist them on their vehicle type approval and conformity of production (COP) activities. Due to changes within the scope of the Whole Vehicle Type Approval legislation, many of our newer customers are completing Vehicle Type Approval for the first time. Harj has worked closely with these vehicle manufacturers and vehicle dealers to introduce a Quality Management System (QMS), incorporating the Conformity of Production (COP) and Control Plans required by the legislation, and to obtain Whole Vehicle Type Approval for their vehicles that are appropriate for their individual business needs.
